  • Made of mildew and water-resistant 600 D polyester. Reflective strip for safer nighttime walks if you board and train.

  • Squirrel! Dog Training, LLC (the "Warrantor") warrants that the goods described in this warranty are free from defects in workmanship and materials.

    WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY
    This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product warranted under this warranty and to each transferee of the product during the term of the warranty.

    WHAT IS COVERED IN THIS WARRANTY
    • This warranty covers The Reinforcer® and each of its component parts:
    • Fabric: Tears or unraveling that are not a result of misuse.
    • Zippers: Malfunctions of the main zipper or any pocket zippers.
    • Buckles and Straps: Failure of buckles to clasp or straps to hold securely.
    • Stitching: Loose or broken seams.

    HOW LONG DOES THIS WARRANTY LAST
    The term of this warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser and continues for 5 years.

    WHAT WILL THE WARRANTOR DO UNDER THIS WARRANTY
    In the event of a defect, malfunction, or other failure of The Reinforcer® not caused by any misuse or damage to the product while in the Consumer's possession, the Warrantor will remedy the failure or defect, without charge to the Consumer, within 5 years. The Warrantor can choose either to:
    · Replace the product.
    · Refund the purchase price.

    WHAT ARE THE WARRANTY'S EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
    • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accident such as: Damage caused by your dog chewing on the pack.
    • Fading or discoloration from sun exposure or repeated washing.
    • Stains, dirt, or other cosmetic damage.
    • Damage from washing the pack against the care instructions.
    • Damage from alterations or unauthorized repairs.

    [FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, THE CONSUMER IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING DAMAGES:
    · Replacement of the product.
    · Refunding the purchase price.
    SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

    HOW CAN THE CONSUMER REQUEST SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY
    To obtain performance of any obligation under this warranty, the Consumer must email info@squirreldog-training.com with the following information:
    1. Your name and shipping address.
    2. Your order number or proof of purchase.
    3. A detailed description of the defect.
    4. Clear photos of the defect.

    WHAT CAN THE CONSUMER DO IN CASE OF A DISPUTE WITH THE WARRANTOR
    The following informal dispute resolution procedure is available to the Consumer if he believes that the Warrantor has not performed its obligations under this warranty: binding arbitration. The Consumer must use this informal procedure before pursuing any legal remedy in the courts.

    HOW DOES STATE LAW APPLY TO THIS WARRANTY
    This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

  • If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will refund the purchase price, no questions asked.
